Where is it?
Our Saltford Tai Chi Class is held at Keynsham Combat Academy, which is located next to Flourish Food Hall and Kitchen, Glenavon Farm, Bath Road, Saltford, BS31 3TJ. Park in the main car park, then walk out of the car park, turn right and walk to the buildings at the far end of the farm and you'll find the door there on the left. We look forward to meeting you!

When does the class run?
Starting in February 2024, the class will run twice a week: Monday 6.00pm and Friday 1.00pm.
How long is a class?
50 mins - 1 hour long.
Who is it for?
All ages welcome. The class is done standing, so you need to be able to stand for the period.
What sort of class is it?
We'll start with some gentle warm up exercises, then some Qigong moving and standing exercises then move on to the soft flowing movements of the Tai Chi form.
How much does it cost?
Starting in February 2024, the class will be £10 per lesson. Pay as you go.
What should I wear?
T-shirt and jogging bottoms, or exercise wear are suitable attire. The class is on a matted area, so no shoes are permitted. Socks are fine.
